      Cus Interview

      7 Nov 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Nov 2012

      Interview

They follow a four-step process that is quite lenghty and thorough. 1. Online application (Previous employment, contact method, etc) 2. IQ Test 3. Phone Interview (Mainly concerned in how the person will or has handled a situation) What helped me the most was preparing with the questions they had send me for possible interview questions. They were not word for word but if you have an idea beforehand the answer can be easily tailored. Preparation is key during the phone interview, you need to feel confident of what you are talking about. 4. In-person Interview (n the process, will have conference in Cincinnati 11/29-11/30, all expenses are paid for)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There were 8 questions during my phone interview and they were based on how I handled problems due to lack of resources. How I lead a group into achieving a goal I wouldnt have been able to fulfill alone. They expect detailed answer, the interviewer will be recording each answer and making a decision upon completion.
