Interview
First, immediately after online application you have to complete 2 online tests, 1 logical and one personality fit. If you dont complete these, you are imediately out. Then another logical math test follow in their office, fairly hard question and high time pressure. Then personal interviews with HR and then managers in their product area. The HR lady was not very prepared, I told her I want to complete the test in English (you have to indicate it before you go to their office), yet she printed me a German one, and all the other 10 people had to wait until she went and printed another one for me.

Interview
1. First, you complete an Online Assessment Test, which evaluates various cognitive and professional skills.
2. Then, there are three interviews with similar questions about motivation, experiences, and competencies. These interviews assess suitability for the trainee position.

Interview
I was having a test and after I passed i had a online interview with head of sales. During the interview a recived questions about innovation, project i’ve been involved.
I beleive that was hard for a internship because I didn’t have any experience to answer this type of questions and it is more suitable for someone who has worked before.
