1st. Applied online. Passed the online test and I guess they liked my CV (I used the Europass layout, anybody thinks it would have been better with another format?).
2nd. Passed the phone interview. It was basically exactly how I expected thanks to the huge amount of reviews and questions posted on Glassdoor and other sites. The interview is not difficult per se, it was all about behavioural questions as they call them, all based on my CV. 'Why did you choose your University?', 'Why didn't you go to another one?", 'What did you do to improve or innovate in your past positions?', 'What was your role in this or that activity?", "Tell me about a time when you had a problem with a team member", "What did you do to resolve it?" and such.
I had to be quite accurate most of the times so it's important that you prepare before your interview by listing relevant anecdotes from your previous experiences, identifying times when you did great (what you did, how you did it, what was the result), same for times you did wrong or made mistakes. The interviewer was really nice and adorable, so the initial nerves went away fast. Try to speak calmly and don't be afraid to let them know your personal view of things. Be yourself.
3rd. Went for the exams (math-logic and English) and final interview at their offices. Exams were pretty easy, especially the English one. You will be sent an exam model before so no need to worry about it.
A while after completing the exam I was told I had passed so I would have two interviews that same evening. The interviews were 1:1 and the interviewer was very nice. Same interview format so it's a bit boring/tiring. You are able to repeat your anecdotes and experience.
