Before the interview is skills test and personality test, the test last about 1.5 hours. 2 week later they called me and granted me interview opportunity. There were two interviews. The first was by immediate manager and a manager from other group; the second one was interviewed by department head. Each lasted about 30 minutes.

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
