Interview
First you have to go through an online test after your application submission on the career portal. Then you may get called down for a on-site Reasoning test with a time limit, taken with a group of candidates. Finally an interview with 2 interviewers (considered Rounds 1 & 2).

Two interviews with different people but similar questions on the same day. Good sensing for personality and inclusive behaviour. Long waiting time between meeting and decision making but at the end worth it.

Interview
The interview lasted most of the day, meeting with about 6 people. It was a long day, but it was a good opportunity to meet with many of the different people I would be workign with.
Multiple series of online tests, 1 written exam, then 3 rounds of interviews with HR, Hiring Manager then Assistant Director. No presentations on final thesis required unless phd holder or scientist position.
