I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
There really isn't one - you apply and they send you an assessment, however this isn't a normal assessment. I'd equate it more similar to a TBI test mixed in with a frantic math / logic puzzle test. Only after this insanity did I realize this was something people studied for- apparently there are courses and practice tests you can purchase? I was beyond annoyed at this giant waste of my time. I'll never apply for a position with this company again and highly recommend others don't either. Why are companies wasting our time with this type of mess?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Oct 2025
Interview
4 rounds
2 online assessment: 1 personality 1 technical. Technical interview is not leetcode but is about problem solving, identifying patterns, etc.
2 interview rounds after that.
The entire process took 2 months.

Question 1
Look at the P&G PEAK performance factors and they will help you prepare
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
It involved resume review, P&G logic assessment, and then an interview with an alumni over Zoom. The interviewer encouraging you to quantify experiences and describe outcomes for every answer and questions followed a rubric that wanted you to demonstrate leadership, courage, teamwork, and how you handle difficult problems.

Question 1
Describe how you would handle working on a project with a deadline in a week, two weeks, a month, and in 6 months
it was fine, didnt respond for 4 weeks and then didn't get the job when I went through that many rounds of interviews. I thought I did really well as well and then was surprised to get ghosted and no feedback as well.
