I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jan 2021
Interview
The process starts with a psychometric test, followed by 3 rounds of interview. There are usually no technical questions asked. It's situation based and you are expected to structure your answers with clear context, action and results. The questions may repeat in all rounds and they also check your consistency in answers.

I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Guangzhou, Guangdong)
Interview
After a one-hour screening call, I went through two interviews with senior team members. While the questions initially centered around my work experience, the interviewers often dug deeper, especially into how I handled conflict. They were looking for responses that demonstrated alignment with their core values.
