Interview
I applied for an internship in the Philippines:
1. Online assessment (numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning; memory and spatial reasoning; personality and behavioral traits)
2. 3 rounds of interviews with a manager, senior manager, and director, respectively
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
