I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Feb 2015
Interview
Step 1 phone interview. Based on your phone score you are offered an in person interview. There ar two different in person interviews 1 with your supervisor alone and 1 interview with your supervisor and managing attorney. The interviews are usually back to back. The questions are scenario based ie. If this happened how would you handle. The background check is outsourced so its best to help them get everything they need from your background ie HS transcript or college transcript because when they contact your old schools they aren't harassing them. First background complete from interview more likely to get hired.

Interview
The video introduction prepped you pretty well for the interview questions. They asked about difficult issues you’ve encountered, how you manage your time, and other behavioral questions. Overall, it was pretty straightforward. The best strategy is to practice different behavioral questions regarding past employment and how those roles and experiences translate to the job you are being interviewed for.

Interview
The HR representative that called me seemed uninterested and borderline rude. This is the first negative review I have left on a public platform ever. I was so excited at the prospect of becoming a member of the Progressive team until I spoke with this person. I ended the interview early. She seemed uninterested in I could tell she was not engaging in the conversation by the number of times I had to repeat myself.
