I applied online and received an invitation to do an assessment test within a couple of days. The test consisted of math questions and vocabulary questions which weren’t super difficult. Some will make you think more than others. After I submitted, the following day I received an invitation to do a video interview, where you are presented several questions and you record yourself answering them. I got two chances per question. They are set up in the STAR format so you are mostly speaking from experience. I highly recommend looking up basic STAR questions and practice so you can really be confident and not mumble. Once submitted, a few days went by and then I received an invitation to schedule an virtual “in person” interview which was interviewing with a member from the team via Zoom. There were more STAR questions and speaking to my personal work experience. I was able to ask questions and they said they’d let me know within a week or 2. I got a call the following week with an offer pending a background check.
