The Hiring process takes much longer than expected. 3-4 weeks for the entire process. First, Is a initial screening phone call. Next a technical screening phone call. Interview after if you pass the phone calls. 1:1 interviews with 3 people. Background check process can take a few days.The HR staff a very helpful and friendly
The First two 1:1 interviews are from developer leads. The third interview is with the hiring manager.
