The interview process consisted of two phone interviews then, an assessment in house on the computer, then an in person interview by 5 people, the team leaders and head of the department. It consisted of behaviour based situations such as 'how did you handle this and that type of situation?' 'did you ever...', I had never been faced with this type of situation so once needs to be prepared to think quickly on your feet, it was a very long interview. The team was very nice it wasn't stiff and overly formal. Downside to the entire process, I never heard back as to whether or not I got the job (obviously I didn't since it's been 4 months), I was told 2 weeks, then when I followed up with the recruiter, was told that they took a break from interviewing due to the amount of candidates, but that they were to have a meeting as to the status and I would be contacted, and I never was.

So I will admit, the interview process is lengthily but it is all worth it! First I had to pass the assessment, then the video submissions and once I finally passed that I was able to actually connect with the recruiter and just go over what there was to be expected in my upcoming video interview with management. She gave me all of the info as to what were some things that were going to focus on the most ( Time Management & Decision Making ) and to just have some examples already set. I made myself a google doc with different questions and answers (all STAR format based) because the STAR format is how theyu conduct the interviews. But after about a week of getting all of these things done, I had my interview on a Tuesday and was told I would be hearing from the recruiter within a couple of days but was lucky enough to receive a call later that same day and HAPPILY ACCETPED! Good things come to those who wait. The questions I put below aren't the exact ones but they are pretty much the same, they are the answers I used for my interview answers.
