Unfortunately there was an audio glitch with my interview that I submitted and I received an invite the following week to re-submit my interview which was a bummer. I resubmitted on 1/16.
Invited to Interview virtually with a leadership. Interview went really well and the interviewer discussed the position in more detail, expectations, and the process. It was about a 50 minute or so interview. The end was reserved for any questions.
Waiting to hear back. Will update when I know whether or not I receive an offer. I was told it will be about 7-10 business days before I hear back.

Interview with leadership questions
What do you know about Progressive?
Do you have a Driver's License?
Do you possess any type of license(s) or certifications?
Why do you want to work for/at progressive (why this position?)
Have you worked remotely before?
Do you have high speed internet?
How do you prioritize your tasks/what do you use to stay on task during the day?
Following these questions they will then ask about 4 behavioral questions. I cant remember them but they are similar to the virtual questions and you must answer in STAR format.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Interview
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
