Interview
I initially spoke to the Talent Director and she sounded very interested in hiring someone who had multiple years experience in recruitment, after the initial conversation with her she asked me to complete a personality questionnaire, that took almost an hour, before scheduling the final interview with one of the other directors.
Afterwards, I never hear back form her. She had some silly excuse as to why I never heard back even though I called and emailed several times.
If the initial call with her didn't go well, or more likely they can't actually afford to hire someone with years of experience in recruitment, she should just have the good manners to say so.

Very informative and comfortable procedure!I I found the people interviewing me very nice and relaxing. I liked the fact that a few different consultants from the office came in to introduce themselves and ask me a few different questions about how the interview went. The outcome of the interview is that I got the job! Great overall experience!

Interview
A phone interview and then a 1-1 with a recruitment agency. Then attended a Recruitment day which comprised of a variety of activites (individual and group) followed by a presentation to a board followed by questions.
