I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Bengaluru) in May 2022
Interview
I had applied through a recruiter, for Sterling OMS Developer role.
There were 3 rounds in total in which first was the technical round and I had cleared it the interviewer was too kind and professional, second was the core values round it was just to know about your work and to know about you, so the interviewer had me rejected without giving a proper detailed feedback even to the HR. So not a good experience though!
What we expect after such interviews is probably to get a feedback so that we could improve on ourselves in the things which we are lagging.
