I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Bengaluru) in May 2025
Interview
Pros:
• Initial contact and first interview were scheduled quickly.
• Interviewers were professional and respectful during the interactions.
Cons:
• The hiring process lacked consistency and clarity. While the first round was prompt, the second round was delayed by over a month and was rescheduled multiple times.
• After receiving the offer letter, I was informed on the scheduled joining day that the position was on hold — without prior notice.
• The entire experience left me feeling undervalued as a candidate and raised concerns about internal coordination and role stability.
Advice to Management:
Improve communication transparency with candidates, especially when roles are uncertain or subject to change. It’s important to respect candidates’ time and commitment by providing timely updates and minimizing uncertainty throughout the process.

Interview
The interview process followed a standard format. Initially, I was invited to the office to work on a business case study, with a duration of three hours. 2 days later, the second round was scheduled, during which the HR informed me that I would need to present my case study and connect it with my real-time project experience.
