The process begins with a self-introduction followed by a selection of a picture and an explanation of the reason for choosing it. This is followed by an unstructured debate and a one-on-one interview. The entire process typically lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
I received a personal follow-up requesting my phone number after one week. However, after providing my contact details, I have not received any further communication, including a rejection call or email.
