Interview
It's the so-called SUPER Day, which was held from 8:45 to 16:00. In the morning session, I was in a group of 4 to work on a case study and presentation. There was around 10 minutes self-study, followed by a 20/30 minutes discussion and finally a 15 minutes presentation. The case was about an acquisition. After that, in the "Knowing PwC" session, a manager from consulting was there to share with us and answered our questions. It was relaxing and informative as I had a much better understanding of what PwC consulting is like. The next thing was lunch with managers and partners. They would be sitting next or opposite to you, so be active and mind your words! After the lunch, we had 20-minutes individual panel interview, which was mostly related to yourself and the things on your CV. During the course of panel interview, we had to complete a self-reflection form to reflect on the team case presentation. That's pretty much of the SUPER Day. It was long but quite relaxed.

The recruitment process comprises three stages: an aptitude test online, a video interview, and finally, the superday. Overall, the experience has been excellent. The managers I've interacted with have been exceptionally kind and accommodating throughout the process, making the journey thus far truly enjoyable. Each stage has provided valuable insights and challenges, allowing me to showcase my skills and enthusiasm for the role. I appreciate the structured approach to the selection process, as it not only demonstrates the company's commitment to finding the right fit but also gives candidates like myself a clear understanding of what to expect at each step. I look forward to the next stage and the opportunity to further engage with the team.
