Interview
There was a background check, followed by a numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and situation judgement test. If you passed these you go through to the telephone Interview. The telephone interview was the last step before getting the business insight week work experience.
Application and interview process was not difficult.
Was asked about behaviourals/motivations, why I wanted to join the program, and a chance to ask questions and find out more. No prior finance/accounting knowledge necessary.
First there was an online game based assessment followed by an assessment centre. This involved an individual written exercise followed by a group exercise and presentation based on the previous group exercise.
Phone interview - 30 mins. Assessed general business acumen ( current affairs awareness etc. ) The interviewer was friendly, and the company was efficient in processing my application at the various stages.
