Phone calls. Received 10-15 phone calls. Started with basic introductions. And then followed with STAR technique based questions. Also, included some current market and awareness questions. Situational questions included when was the last time that you had to deal with difficult teammate. Also, asked about what was the greatest achievement.

First received online gaming test, then 2nd round digital interview with 9 questions, then lastly invited for super-day which is a whole day assessment with multiple back to back interviews and case studies.
