Interview
There was a Strategy mobile game which lasted an hour. If you were successful at this, there was a virtual interview with around 5 questions, and you had to answer each question in 3 minutes maximum with 30 seconds of preparation time.
Application and interview process was not difficult.
Was asked about behaviourals/motivations, why I wanted to join the program, and a chance to ask questions and find out more. No prior finance/accounting knowledge necessary.
First there was an online game based assessment followed by an assessment centre. This involved an individual written exercise followed by a group exercise and presentation based on the previous group exercise.
Phone interview - 30 mins. Assessed general business acumen ( current affairs awareness etc. ) The interviewer was friendly, and the company was efficient in processing my application at the various stages.
