Interview process was for a co-op position during my second year of University. The firm ran several recruiting events that allowed the student to meet the recruiting team. The relationships you developed with the recruiting team was quite important to facilitate the interview experience. I was fortunate to have developed a good relationship with the head recruiter. The interview process was fairly straight-forward.

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
