Internal recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, could not answer any of my questions with much detail but scheduled an interview with the director and a peer senior manager.
The interview admittedly was not fantastic, I found the director to be pretty arrogant and both interviewers where extremely cagy about answering questions like “can you give me an example of a recent project?”’ “Can you name some recent clients?” Really did not want to give any information that was very relevant to helping inform of O actually wanted the job.
Additionally a quick internet search of the director showed an affinity for a number of borderline alt right groups on Facebook which is a complete turnoff.
I was waiting for contact / feedback from the recruiter, I did not want the job but find feedback useful / constructive and never heard back at all.
Incredibly arrogant and disrespectful as they reached out to me and took up my time.
Would not work for these people.

First round with HR, walkthrough resume, specific questions about how experience applies to position etc. Very pleasant interview but make sure your skills directly align with the position you're applying for.
