First round interview asks behavior questions and last working experience, second round is a none sense, the manager simply tell you they can't offer the position because does not reach their standard of years of experience, should clarify at the beginning, completely waste of time

Excellent process. Went really well. All rounds were done within 2-3 weeks with offer letter in hand. The recruiter was always available to answer any questions or queries. All interview panel were good to answer any questions I had on the job and expectations.
