I applied online. I interviewed at PwC (Atlanta, GA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview began with a company overview addressed to the entire interview group. The overview covered PwC as company and also the culture/hierarchy at the service delivery center in Columbia, SC. After the overview, each interviewee met individually with 3 different managers in 30 minute intervals. The interview was laidback and conversational. It largely addressed knowledge of AML and skill sets, as well as flexibility and ability to easily switch roles. PWC is interviewing throughout the SE for positions based in Columbia, SC.
Great! Met with the team and had a great conversation about the role and the company also spoke on skills that will be brought to the team and the company
The interview process can vary depending on the specific team and its preferences. Typically, it consists of two rounds: an initial phone interview followed by a more in-depth video call assessment. Each round serves as a valuable opportunity for both the candidate and the hiring team to evaluate suitability and fit for the role. These stages help ensure that the best candidates are selected to contribute effectively to the organization's success. It's important to prepare thoroughly for each stage, as they play a crucial role in the overall hiring process.
