Interview
I applied through the company website. First, I was contacted by the recruiter within a week. I had a first round interview in Atlanta, GA. I was interviewed by three separate managers/directors. I was invited back for the final interview in Columbia, SC. It was a group interview with 5 other candidates and 5 managers of different departments.

What is your knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel?
Caso de negocio con un par de brain teasers. Los casos no sob muy complicados pero los brain teasers si. Preguntas fit bastante normales y los entrevistadores muy amables. Recomiendo el proceso.
Il processo di selezione prevede un primo colloquio HR per valutare motivazione e fit culturale, seguito da due colloqui tecnici per approfondire competenze specifiche. Infine, un assessment conclusivo consente di verificare capacità pratiche, problem solving e coerenza complessiva con il ruolo.
