Interview
The Interview process consisted of 3 rounds. The first round was held at the Campus Recruiting Center. 2nd Round took place over the phone and finally the 3rd rounds was held at the New York office. Met with Managers the first 2 rounds, and then a partner on the last round.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind

There was also a managerial/behavioral discussion covering problem-solving approach, teamwork, communication skills, and overall role fit, followed by an HR discussion regarding compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
