Very professional and helpful. Interviews were very conversational and behavioral. They get back very quickly because it seems like they know what they want and go after it. Events and activities were extremely informational and are welcoming to any candidate.
Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
The first interview was the initial screening call, followed by technical and behavioral interviews assessing skills, experience, and problem solving. Final round focuses on team fit, communication, and role expectations before decision.
