I met with the recruiter for the initial interview, which was more of a culture and role alignment. The second interview was with a panel of Directors from different design teams within PwC. I presented a case study and outlined in detail my role and impact on the project. The third interview was more in-depth with the hiring manager to understand specific role and responsibilities. The final interview was a culture and team fit with the Senior VP of design.

I was brought in for a contract position. The interview process included 4 individual interviews with various Directors and leaders from the design team. Then I had a panel interview with 3 leaders where I reviewed 2 case studies and discuss my experience, my design approach and my UX process. The managers were all very nice, kind and inviting during the interviews. The questions were tough but on point.
