- They based on your CV to ask some questions. Questions can be divided into two parts: Technical ones and behavioral questions. Tech ones base on your CV and previous experience to ask you the related procedure and so on. Behavioral ones are the general one like challenge and achievements, and why leave and so on.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.

chiamata con hr breve per fissare un colloquio a distanza e successivo colloquio tecnico in ambito contabilità e bilancio con manager di riferimento, feedback molto veloce il tutto è durato tre settimane
