Interview
After I submitted my resume, I was asked to come in to the Columbia office. They have set dates where they take in groups of recruits. The process started with a 30 minute presentation followed by interviews from 3 different people. One was head of HR and two were high level Managers and the head of the branch.

How did you deal with a difficult time you experienced?
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
