I met with the Talent Acquisition Specialist at an event through a connection I had. I then had an initial phone screening with a different Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this step, we mostly discussed my background, the overview of the position, and other hiring details. Then I progressed to a technical peer interview with a Senior Salesforce Engineer. He gave me more insight into the responsibilities of the role and his experience with RelationEdge and asked me details on my experience. Finally, I had an in-person interview with the Director of Service Delivery. I was able to ask him a lot of questions about the position and the company. He asked me to describe my experience and asked me some technical questions.
All in all, it was a great experience. Everyone I met was excellent and I had a great impression of the company. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer due to my level of professional experience.
