I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in Jul 2024
Interview
4 steps:
- screening with HR
- live case study focused in problem breakdown
- live case study focused in product sense (from problem to wireframing)
- Bar raiser (cultural fit)
In between each step, you have preparation calls with the recruiter I'm which you get tips and collect information if you know what questions to ask.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The bar raiser level was a little bit absurd, a "senior" person (in my case, a director with 5 years of working experience) basically scrutinizes your CV end to end asking questions (arrogantly judging and labeling your experiences and choices as "not ideal")
I am glad I have not passed that round after going through such an experience. After the recruiting process, I can definitely tell the low ratings the company has are justified.
Okay, very unfriendly people. Most interviews apart from 1 felt like i'd interrupted their day or was wasting their time. There was one product lead who interviewed me who was friendly.

Question 1
Brainteaser questions. Describe a consumer facing product you built
Professional well run, tough but highly communicative. Everyone was nice and structure/questions were clear. Didn't get an offer but enjoyed the process. Felt like a good culture and would apply again

Question 1
How would you launch a product within their system/network
I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Singapore) in Feb 2026
Interview
Recruiter round followed by a consulting style case study. The case involved a business problem requiring structured analysis, a clear recommendation, and a written or verbal presentation of findings. Very standard.
