Interview begins with an aptitude test. its long and frustrating but you're not expected to get all the answers right. if they like what they see youll be scheduled for a skype interview. treat it like a real interview.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.
