Interview
Scheduled an initial interview with recruiter. They never even showed up and wanted to reschedule due to meetings. They didn’t reply for 2 days and then rescheduled. Even on the second interview they didn’t show up on time. During the interview, I had the experience for the role and they were looking at me like I’ve said something wrong on every question. Would not reccomended working for this company on a long term basis of communication.

Interview had been booked for a bank holiday - I tried to reconfirm the week before with the organiser, but did not receive a response to my email.
I still showed up (on a bank holiday) for the interview, only for the recruitment partner not to show, terrible!
Initial assesment and Teams call with hiring manager. Very pleasant experience. Hiring manager had pertinent questions regarding my CV and showed genuine interest.
Next steps clearly outlined and plenty of time provided for questions.
