The interview process was straightforward. However, every time you go to a different assignment that company will have its own interview process. The interview process usually takes about 1-2 weeks. There is a phone screening, and then one on one interview with whoever your recruiter is. Again I would advise be upfront about how much you want or there are high chances they will give you the lowest offer as possible.
