Interview
I received a call from Accountemps describing the short-term temporary Administrative Assistant assignment asking if I would like to interview the next day. I interviewed and the company hired me asking if I could start the next day. It was one of the best interview and hiring experiences I have had!

Question 1
I cannot remember any difficult or unexpected question. It was a quick interview since the two interviewees had reviewed and discussed my resume and experience with Accountemps.
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.

L’agent pose des questions sur le CV et ensuite des questions précises par rapport à l’offre.. ce sont des questions ouvertes. Chaque point mentionné dans le CV est analysé et détaillé lors de l’entretien. À la fin l’agent donne son avis si oui ou non, le candidat répond aux critères du client.
