I applied online. One week later, I received a call to schedule an interview. When I came to the interview, they asked to fill out a lot of paper work. A reference letter is required, which is the part I don't like most.

No unexpected questions. The HR required me to take several tasks online, which include EXCEL, Accounting, and Financial Analyst tests. Theses tests are easy.
Great interview process, with a lot of positive feedback you can use when interviewing. They do a great job at matching candidates and companies. They listened to the employees request for placements

Smooth and friendly, straight forward questions. the interviewer did a screening call over the phone 10 minutes then scheduled 1 on 1 interview. after the first interview. I meeting her manager
Firstly introduce me what is Robert Half then ask some initial questions relevant to my resume (work experience/ academic projects) then further dig deep to my skills/ abilities that may helpful to seek an optimal job
