Interview
The interview is more like an hire on the spot and see what jobs you are capable of fulfilling. They ask for your career preferences which is nice and ask about you related experience. You will then have to sign all the legal paperwork to be hired as a temp.
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.

L’agent pose des questions sur le CV et ensuite des questions précises par rapport à l’offre.. ce sont des questions ouvertes. Chaque point mentionné dans le CV est analysé et détaillé lors de l’entretien. À la fin l’agent donne son avis si oui ou non, le candidat répond aux critères du client.
