Interview
there were a total of three virtual interviews. In the first one they were just trying to get to know me and the experience that I had. The second one and third one had a lot of behavioral questions to it.
Interview was in person after phone screening. This program is good for new grads trying to get experience in their field of study. Interview was pretty straightforward-- more like a conversation to see if you could work the hours of the client company.

Interview
Easy, they are desperate to hire anyone and not give you any training. They’ll go over your experience but not really care, they’ll hire anyone and throw them to a client
The interview process was virtual (due to COVID) and very quick. The interview process consists of two interviews then they turn in a proposal for your pay. I met with one team member then the 2nd interview I met with the entire team.
