Interview
After I applied couple positions online, one of the recruiters called me and set up an interview with me about one week later. Before the interview, they emailed me a link to complete a quiz. It is just basic knowledge about Word and Excel. During the interview, they just go through your resume and ask you about your desirable wage and interested companies. In the same week of the interview, they called me again, and got me on an assignment with an international company.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Greensboro, NC) in Oct 2015
Interview
Very straight forward. There were a lot of questions based upon past experiences and my resume. The main purpose was to get to know you and see what you are looking for. From there they try to match you up with something that you are like as well as qualified for. This is why they ask a lot about your previous employment and skill set you acquired.

Question 1
What were some of the skills you acquired at your previous job
I applied online. I interviewed at Robert Half (Lynnwood, WA) in Sept 2014
Interview
The process was extremely professional, but not at all intimidating. They sit down with you, look at your qualifications, and figure out where they can place you to maximise your benefit and the benefits of their subcontractors. Since the interview isn't so much to determine 'if' they will higher you, as 'which' contracts are available to someone with your qualifications, it's hard to be too intimidated. I suppose if you have a glaring criminal record, zero accounting, or administrative experience, it might be a bit hard to find work here, but otherwise, you're probably good.
