a recruiter reached out on linked in. we connected over microsoft teams for 10-15 minutes while he asked basic questions. I had some other interviews and offers so I think they sped up the process for me. I then took three assessments related to my job.

Interview
I had a Teams interview, was told later that week by the recruiter that I was in the top 4 and to expect next steps within a day or two. Never heard from them again. I asked the first recruiter I spoke to & he said he didn’t know & someone else was handling it. No further communication.

Interview
You apply with your resume (I did so on indeed) then they call you after a couple of days or so. It'll be a skype interview with one other person, where you had to finish an online assessment of accounting and microsoft office BEFORE the interview. If you have performed well in the interview, they'll contact you to let you know that they'll be looking for an assignment for you, but you should send them an email once a week to keep in contact with them, just to get timely updates and see where the process is.
