It was fairly easy, they wanted to get to know me more to see if my was a good fit for the agency. It was also stressful because as an artist, I feel like a lot of us look for agencies to get help when applying for creative jobs.
The recruiter was easy to talk to and kept things clear and professional. They asked about my background, what I’m looking for, and explained how their process works. We didn’t move forward with a job right away, but I appreciated the follow-up and overall it was a good experience.

They just called me and basically I got the job on the spot. It seemed extremely sketchy because it seemed way too good to be true and it ended up being way too good to be true.
