Interview
I was interviewed by the Branch Manager, then the Division Director, and then the rest of the team of Recruiters and Salesguys. It was pretty informal -- although make sure you dress professionally. This is a place that takes itself more seriously than it should. Therefore, suit and tie is a must.

Interview
6-7 rounds of interviews for technical recruiter role that lasted 6 weeks. They ended up choosing a candidate that was "recommended" after 6 weeks of interviewing. Great people but interview process is very long and drawn out.

They asked about my experiences and how I was a prime candidate for the role and were urgently looking to fill the position, but the interview process went on for weeks. Great group overall. Interview process just seems excessive for a technical recruiter role.
Great interview process, very relaxed, great personalities, both of my interviews so far have been via video, they have been open and up front regarding the process, I'm not done with the interview process but so far I'm excited about what I've heard.
Fairly straightforward and conversational. A bit too many steps for not getting the job, but I think they were trying to figure out their process during the pandemic. Overall, not a negative experience.
