I sat in a room with a large table to dicuss my skills from my resume. They had opportunities that they discussed. If you are seeking administrative/clerical you will have to take a prove it test for data entry and Microsoft applications. With Drug screen and background check.

Why Should we choose you has a candidate? The other question were about my previous work history.
The interview process was seamless after they got my resume they matched me with a job in their system. It is needed temporary work and maybe full time if it’s your thing.
Very broad. Staff marketing agency with little to no feedback. A lot of different jobs posted on their careers site but no process for acquiring interviews. Operators did not seem at fault for the overload of entries.

Interview process was fairly easy, I met with 3 separate people in an in person meeting after I had my initial phone screening and then did a quick shadow of the job
