The interview process is thorough and organized. They’ll help you prepare for the actual job interview with the company they’re working for. But, if you don’t land that job, you’ll basically get ghosted and won’t be offered another opportunity.
As if not landing one job is being judged as you’re not good enough for any other.
Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. The recruiter gets a cut when you get hired, they’re not helping you at all. Which is not a great business practice
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (New York, NY) in Sept 2019
Interview
Interview via Skype, short and very straight forward. The recruiter did understand that I did not have much experience but was willing to hear what I know about technology. He told me that he would followed up with me after 2 days which he did. The process was pretty smooth.

Question 1
The recruiter asked me a few questions about Active Directory
Very easy questions asked, formal interview, bring your resume, wear a nice shirt and slacks. Make sure to discuss your passions so they can match you to a great opportunity.
