I met on several occasions throughout the second half of this year with individuals at the company regarding getting me into a recruiter role. Twice I went downtown and met with multiple people. At first they had me speak to a few people and then they went silent. When I followed up I was told they were pushing the role to Q4. I reached out in Q4 and went through the whole process again, all was positive and I was told they wanted me on their team and then again, silence. I followed up another time and was told they wanted someone with more experience. Overall I just felt like they weren't very honest with me and wasted several months of my time. A friend of mine previously worked for them and told me not to even entertain working there. I should have listened to her as she was right about how they treat you.

I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.

Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
