The process was very fast, and the representative from Robert Half was responsive and helpful. The position was at Bank of America for AML Analyst and after phone interview with the Robert Half rep, I had the second and final round and was rejected. Didn't get any feedback from BOA.

Interview
Will start with a recruiter call. Be prepared to go through your resume and experience in reporting.
Followed by a practical test using Excel and knowledge of Finance
Finally, an interview with the client. Questions involved sharing previous experience in working with teams and personal experiences in creating reports
Screen call followed by online assessment on Excel skills and Finance knowledge. Last round is a video call with team lead with beahavioural questions and basic AML knowledge questions with a brief case study
