Basic behavioral interview. Three rounds, with last being exec level. Straightforward, and easy. No surprises or gotcha questions. HR does initial screening. Focus on cultural fit. Very few technical or procurement specific questions.

Interview
Initial HR screen call... Took about an hour, gets pretty in depth on technical background. Was invited to come on site and sit through 2 back to back panel interviews being about an hour long each. They have a packet going through behavioral and technical questions.
Took them over a month to get back to me on the decision. Disappointed that they kept me on the hook for that long while in a way “leading” me on. They ended up going with a different candidate.
