quick call. 10 mins introduction, why interested in job etc skype call with recruiter. 15 mins. questions were again very general. about interests etc. more like a speed date than an interview 1 hour skype call with country MD. covered many topics. mainly concerning my relevant experience. 1 week later, second 1 hour skype call with a regional MD. mainly questions about what I would do in certain scenarios in the job 3 days later no news. sent a follow up email with more detailed answers to the interview questions. next day had 3rd 1 hour skype interview with other regional MD. various questions regarding my experience, with logic questions to finish next day received offer via email
